Mercury Signs & Display, Ltd. was founded 42 years ago by Ted & Anton Hoffart with their father working with them. Mercury runs a family oriented business with the third generation of Hoffarts now active in the sales, art and production departments. In 1959, the company was organized as a sole proprietorship and was a part time business until 1961. The business was Incorporated in 1981 and continues to grow steadily year after year.

We have a broad base of diversified customers in every aspect of business from the oil industry to home builders, merchandisers, clothing and furniture stores, fast food chains, banking firms, manufacturing companies, and advertising agencies. This diversity has presented a great challenge to skill, creativity and experience. In 1994, Mercury Signs & Display, Ltd. joined SGIA, Screenprinting & Graphic Imaging Association International. SGIA is an organization that internationally promotes the screen-printing industry. Since that time the company continues to expand and explore and implement new technologies including Large Format Digital Imaging units to expand on our extensive banner and floor graphics capabilities.

Mercury is a family owned and operated business. With over 70 employees, spearheaded by a core of 16 family members, we work well together toward our common goal, and share a broad base of expertise, experience and enthusiasm.

Mercury's management team is comprised of the partners, general manager, sales manager, production, art, darkroom, and bindery department. This team's responsibility is to continue communication between departments to alleviate problems before they arise. The management team is further obligated to keep up with both market and technological changes.
