SCREEN PROCESS PRINTING

Screen Process printing is a form of printing that has a wider variety of any other printing process. Screen process printing can print on almost any type of material. It uses a wide variety of inks ranging from poster inks for paper and cardboard to an epoxy ink used for its durability, including all types of plastic inks.

This process employs a fabric screen mounted on a frame with a photo emulsion process forming a stencil in the fabric. The ink is then "pushed" through the stencil, adhering to the product, thereby producing desired patterns, text, and designs in multiple colors.

Thanks to vast technological advances, new and exciting opportunities are being explored. Allowing us to provide customers with a growing product line.
